You get a schedule and a phone line. We carry the worry from there. We work inside the building's rules — a scheduled visit, a licensed look at the person: safe, spoken to, and whether they’re afraid, plus meds, mood, and whether staff are doing the job. Then we tell you the truth, documented. In that building, the record is often the only thing that leaves on its own. That’s why someone has to go in for what the record cannot carry.

A Bodyguard's record is a licensed record — documented as it happens, by a licensed healthcare professional, only for you, not for the facility. If later a doctor, the facility, or your lawyer needs to see how it was, it is already there. You can ask for it.

On a schedule you set. Weekly or twice a month in the first month; monthly is usual after that — or sooner if the situation is urgent.
What we will not promise: that we will run the unit, replace their doctor, change a medication, or get someone discharged. We show up on the schedule the building allows. We look. We read the chart. We document. You decide.
